I have YET to even receive this bow tie. I ordered this for my grandsons homecoming. I sent an email to the only customer service contact I could find and received no reply. I tried calling the phone numbered listed on website with no luck. Got one email saying my purchase was at some international shipping warehouse after leaving China. I haven't heard anything since. So if anyone is actually reading this could I please have my $48.00 back!

ItalyI have not yet had the opportunity to see it worn as it is a Christmas gift for my brother but the object is really beautiful. the item is exactly as in the picture. however I suggest using a nicer packaging: the actual one doesn' t match the beauty of the bowtie.
